This handle can be used for several instruments as a replacement handle

For knobs that are worn or the thread is stripped and no longer holds the handle securely, these handles can be supplied with oversize (3/8-24 ) screw thread ends. Why ? This way you or we can tap a stripped knob to fit the oversize handle. This is much less expensive then replacing the knob. You can do this in the doctor’s office with a drill and tap. The result is stronger than the original part. Add $ 3.00 to the price of the handle for this work.
